Matt has over 11 years of capital markets executive search experience that spans the interest rate, credit, foreign exchange and emerging market sectors. His career has seen him work across the trading, sales, research and structuring divisions of the European and US markets alike.
Matt's longstanding and substantial client relationships have been built by consistent and unparalleled service that enables him to work in partnership with senior executives as they strive to manage their businesses more effectively.
Before founding Ashdown Executive Search, he was a partner at the world's largest executive search firm, and a partner at a pre-eminent, global financial search boutique. As a foundation to his extensive capital markets search experience, Matt began his career working for two European investment banks in their fixed income divisions.

Estelle's career has spanned both industry and finance, having begun her professional life with a leading multinational corporation before moving into the finance sector. She began her City career at Morgan Stanley in the Fixed Income division before joining the private equity organisation Terra Firma, and finally the equity securities business of Ingenious Media.
Estelle has extensive language skills and experience of previously working in Asia, Europe and the US, which are invaluable to our cross border executive search business. She is also responsible for the infrastructure and business management of Ashdown Executive Search.
Karolina's invaluable role as Head of Research for Ashdown Executive
Search focuses on supporting the Directors in the preparation and
delivery of assignments.
Following a highly successful career with leading global financial
services executive search firms, Karolina brings a comprehensive and
rigorous approach to the identification and attraction of senior
talent. Her understanding of the capital markets sector and senior
mandate experience in the research, sales, trading and structuring
areas, make her an integral part of the Ashdown Executive Search team.
She holds a Joint Honours Degree in Psychology and International
Relations from Plymouth University and a Master's Degree in
International Relations from Bristol University.
